Edinburgh Is The Place To Be

Edinburgh is even more beautiful this week, thanks to the 100s of celebrities in town for tonight’s MTV Europe Music Awards.

Host Christina Aguilera is one of the lucky few staying at the five-star Sheraton, while Angelina Jolie is making do with the old-style glamour of the Balmoral. Five-time nominee Justin Timberlake is at the Scotsman.

While the stars settle in, there’s unconfirmed speculation that both Madonna and Jennifer Lopez have arrived. Their names are not on the show schedule but insiders claim that they could offer a surprise perfomance.

With just a few hours to go until the bash, the rehearsal schedule is hotting up.
Fans queued for almost two days to buy the last few tickets to the EMAs, after 50 tickets went on sale at Footlocker’s Glasgow store yesterday. Today it was the turn of the Edinburgh store.
