Evita’s Earrings
Today, in our M-morabilia corner, we take a look at Evita Memorabilia. These are the earrings worn by Madonna in the “I’d be surprisingly good for you” scene of the movie. The silver colour diamond drop clip earrings come from Glasgow, Scotland, from a vintage jewellery store that supplied period jewels for the movie. A green paint mark is visible on the back of the earrings; That was the sign that marked all the jewels selected for Madonna to wear in the final film. This couple of earrings are valued US $4,500.00.
