Swept Away Italian DVD/VHS cover
MadonnaTribe Magazine can now show its readers how the Italian Dvd and Vhs of Swept Away will look like with the help of Medusa Home Entertainment.
As you can see, the Italian distributor of the film, chose to use the beautiful, original artwork conceived for the film’s cinematic release, with Madonna and co star Adriano Giannini on the beach, which is not used on the Us and UK video editions of the movie.
The video back cover also reminds that the film is a remake of “Travolti da un insolito destino nell’azzurro mare d’agosto“, directed in 1974 by Lina Wertmuller.
