Kim Cattrall looks great at 47, and loves to show it off in the raw on “Sex and the City.” But friends worry over her fitness routine. She jogs, runs on a treadmill, lifts weights and does hours of other firming and toning exercises six days a week, sometimes seven. Not surprisingly, she occasionally complains of fatigue! …
Madonna, who stopped the more rigorous aspects of her workout and looks taut as ever (Kim, are you listening?), tells O, the Oprah magazine that she sees herself as a “teacher” now. The Kabbalah-happy author of children’s books insists, “If I taught people earlier in my career, it was by default. I wasn’t consciously thinking of sharing in any way. I was just showing off . . . I felt full of myself.” And was that MTV kiss with Britney and Christina just “showing off?” Nope. “We were playing with lots of post-modern iconography.” Oh, OK…
Then, there is Britain’s Judi Dench. She doesn’t strip, work out excessively or show off. She’s a great actress, she doesn’t have to! Judi says that Miramax’s Harvey Weinstein has cooled on her. “Harvey’s gone off on me. Perhaps he knows I’ve had his tattoo removed from my bum.” I hope Harvey will respond. Maybe he’ll buy the great Dame a new tattoo.
