No MTV Latin award for Madonna
Unfortunately Madonna did not win the “best international act” at the MTV Latin Video Music Awards. Avril Lavigne did, but Madonna sent a nice message to wish luck to the Latin Award. Here’s what she said:
Good evening Latin America, and all of you around the world that join us tonight in the MTV Video Music Awards Latinoamerica 2003.
I’m honoured to be here to celebrate the music, culture and language of one of the most exciting and sensual regions in the world.
