Madonna in Rockefeller Center

The up side is that Madonna will be in town, signing copies of her brand-new kids’ book at Barnes & Noble in Rockefeller Center. The down side is that you won’t see her unless you’ve already been given a ticket. Even if you have, you get a skimpy 14 seconds with the star.
After all, 250 people have gotten those precious tickets and the Material Girl is only staying an hour.

“English Roses” is the name of the book, the first in a projected series set in London, and two weeks after its release, it’s already number one on the children’s best-seller list.The book signing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m
