The famous Madonna Island cover magazine photo is up for sale on Ebay. signed by the photographer Curtis Knapp, one of the worlds most famous celebrity photographers. The photo is printed straight from the original negative. It is extremely hard to obtain a copy of the Island magazine itself with Madonna on the cover, therefore, this item is even more rare being the actual Island photograph.
