Six Shooters
Here’s a quick reminder on Guy Ritchie‘s new cinematic project Six Shooters.
As Madonna Tribe told you last August, the story of “Six Shooters”, takes place in the last days of the Civil War and focuses on a mixed band of robbers,
two Union officers along with two infantrymen, one a former slave and the other a brothel owner, that plan to steal the gold reserves that Conferate President Jefferson Davis loaded onto trains during the siege of Richmond.
Filming of the movie, scripted by renowned screenwriter John Enbom and produced by Columbia pictures, is expected to begin in March 2004.
In traditional Ritchie fashion, the characters will all have cleverly descriptive and highly unlikely names.
Ritchie has temporarily shelved his plans for Revolver, a controversial film, reportedly having trouble obtaining financing because of the script’s references to Kabbalah, the mystic Jewish doctrine which he and Madonna have embraced.
