Are Ritchie, Madonna coming to Israel?

Guy Ritchie, British film director and husband of Madonna, is reported to be heading this way.

According to Ma’ariv, Ritchie will touch down in Israel at the end of the month to scout out locations for a film he and a group of others hope to shoot here. The report says the film will focus on this country’s historical sites.

Rumors relating to all things Madonna have been rife of late, and gossip has her coming this summer for four concerts in the Negev country park of Timna.

Local handlers have refused to verify the rumors, however.

The last time the superstar singer performed here was back in 1993.
