Today Benicio Del Toro is a quite famous actor who worked in the famous Snatch directed by Guy Ritchie but not everybody knows that one of his first appearances in show business was as an extra on the set of a Madonna video in 1987. La isla bonita directed by Mary Lambert to be precise.
