Gavin’s Tour Experience
Our reader Gavin wants to share with the Tribers his tour experience.
That’s what he said:
“Oh my God!!!!! Just recovering from two nights in the front row at Wembley, 22nd A3, 23RD, A2. I have to say, the A2 seats were the best seats I could have dreamed of, better even than pit. And this is why.
As we were amazed and dazzled by the pure glam of Vogue, she went into Nobody Knows Me, and came over to us. She stood directly in-front of me and was dancing as the podium raised. When she came back down I was jumping so high I thought I might jump over the rail.
Madonna is so beautiful, and when she smiled, I felt so good. Her voice was strong, and she seemed to enjoy the whole evening more than the first night. Nobody does it like Madonna.
During Like a Prayer, my favourite song, she came over again. I was holding a small banner reading ‘STILL CRAZY FOR YOU‘ when she reached out to touch my hand. I jumped up, but as I did, a girl foolishly grabbed Madonna with both hands, and almost pulled her to the floor!!!!! I told her how stupid she had been, and I think she did feel really bad. It was a genuine mistake. I just hope Madonna didnt think it was anything to do with me and my partner. I would never do anything so foolish.
I remember seeing her come out at the Wyndhams after UP FOR GRABS, and people were, grabbing, at her clothes, hair, whatever. Come on guys, She is human. And we want to keep her around.
Madonna is number one, the best, a legend. And Re-Invention is the best yet. See you all on Thursday. And Madonna, and all the people who put this spectacle together, your making history……….THANK YOU.
Special Thanks to Gavin for sharing his experience with the Tribe
