Giovanni Bianco’s work with Madonna

Graphic artist Giovanni Bianco is an old acquaintance of Madonna. It was her that gave him the art direction of X-Static Process, the book of photos by Steven Klein with images from the New York exhibition.
Now Giovanni is behind Mrs. Ritchie’s new success: the promotional images of her Re-Invention tour, done again by Klein – that the Brazilian turned into press ads and billboards.

To create the design, Bianco researched Kaballah elements that were added to some of the pictures. His “client” was obviously happy and Giovanni himself was happy as well. The day one of his designs for the tour hit the big time in Times Square as a huge billboard he went there to see it with tears of joy in his eyes.
