In defence of the “idol”

Our friend and forum member Floris wrote a letter few weeks ago to Star Magazine, after reading a nasty article on Madonna, in defence of our “idol”.It’s good to know that the magazine has published Floris’ letter, even if they shortened it a bit and changed a few lines.

Madge Rules

Everybody’s been so negative about Madonna over the last few months, saying her last album is a flop and her career is over. The weird thing is, her latest album, American Life, debuted at #1 and sold more than the current so-called Queens of pop, Kylie and Britney. I guess people will do everything to put you down, saying you’ve had plastic surgery or that you’re old or ugly. Well, according to them, Madonna may be over the hill, but she’s still here. Keep on going M!
