“Madonna is absolutely my smartest client,” celebrity hair colorist Steven Tapp told the E!Online’s “Ask the Answer B!tch” this week. “She reads constantly, she loves to constantly educate herself, she knows about art, she surrounds herself with the best people who can give her that knowledge.”
