It used to be her playground
Here’ another Philly review from our forum member rtb424.
“The show was flawless. Every thing ran like clock work. Madonna seemed very happy and energetic. She really acknowledge the crowd and the fact that she was in Philadelphia. Right before “Mother and Father” she mentioned how she used to spend summers as a child in Pennsylvania, and that her dad grew up in Pittsburgh. It was a nice moment in the show because she was just casually talking to the crowd. Before “Imagine” started she asked how many of us were going to get out and vote. People started cheering, but she said that wasen’t enough of us. She had the “Italians Do It Better” shirt on again. She also wore it at the July 4th show.
The crowd was great and we were singing along to every song.
I had great seats; right on the floor in the 14th row. It was amazing being that close to her, especially when the catwalk came down. I am official spoiled; I will never settled for upper level seats again.”
