James’ Diary – Part One
Today our dear friend and Tribe forum moderator James is bringing splendid memories back through his wonderful website madonna-tv.com to all the people who attended the re-Invention tour in general, but especially to those who had the chance to be at the second Manchester show on August 14th.
James has put online the first part of his video diary, which includes the exclusive footage he took when the audience and dancers sang “Happy Birthday” to the queen of pop.
James recalls on our forum: “I was in the 4th row at the front – dead centre – and because of that, I had to hold the camcorder at waist height to avoid being spotted and thrown out! The result is therefore less than perfect – with the people directly in front of me sometimes obscuring the view. Some of the shots are good though.
This forms the bulk of part 1 of my RIT Video Diary/Montage thing which I have talked about before. As you will see as the rest goes online, this is just a collection of clips I filmed over the last 2 weeks of August, put together with music! It’s kinda like a personal photo album which happens to be video and not still pics.
The next few parts will feature footage from the rest of my time in London, Slane and Manchester – including lots of exclusive concert clips, footage from the day me and a friend met all the dancers and clips of the fantastic London Madonna Fan Party which was organised by forum member Wannabe and was attended by a lot of people who post on MadonnaTribe.”
The MadonnaTribe Team wants to personally thank James for this nice gift to Madonna fans that also means a lot to the MadonnaTribe webmasters as we were holding some of the “Happy Birthday” letters.
