Lucky in Anaheim
This story comes from our reader King Tomy – thanks for sharing!
“So it all started on Tuesday, May 25th.
I was half way to Inglewood from San Diego when I got a call telling me that I had gotten a message saying the Madonna show for that night was postponed for the next night.
I sat in the car with my buddies trying to figure out how to work it out so we could go. Eventually we decided to try and get tickets for the June 3rd show in Anaheim.
We get tickets, but they are the nose bleed of nose bleed.
Once at the venue, we see that we are the very last row. But someone was watching over us because a man with a backstage pass came up to us and started talking to us about how much we paid to sit in the very last row, and then the ushers came and announced that we were being moved to the next level (from $90 seats to $150 seats).
That was really cool. And of course the show was great!”
