Rumors have been circulating for a while about Madonna being a possible surprise guest at this year MTV Europe Music Awards held in Rome, Italy.
Nothing has of course officialy disclosed, but some insiders have informed us that the thing *may* happen.
We remind our readers like we always do, that right now this is just a possibility and it remains a rumour but we thought it was an interesting subject to discuss.
