Hot on the heels of the announcement of one of the most exciting tours of the summer, tickets for the August 18th performance of Madonna’s re-Invention World Tour 2004 at Earls Court in London went on sale this morning and sold out in just 90 minutes. Due to overwhelming demand, a Madonna second show was added for August 19th. It only took an additional 90 minutes for tickets for the second show to completely sell out as well.

The intense demand for tickets bodes well for North America. Tickets for performances in Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Toronto go on sale today, Saturday, March 27th, followed by on sale dates for performances in New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles on Monday, March 29th.
