Madonna, the Queen of Ithaca

Our dear friend Dimitris, MadonnaTribe’s correspondent from Greece has prepared some nice scans from his collection of Madonna articles that appeared in the Greek press along the years.

Let’s start with some nice memories of the holiday that Madonna and her family had back in year 2000 in the island of Ithaca in the Ionian sea, the island that due to Homer was the kingdom of Ulysess whose adventures were perfectly described in “Odyssey” nearly 2500 years ago!

As you remember Madonna was pregnant of Rocco at that time and her husband and daughter were with her. These rarely seen images come from the Greek tabloid magazine “Ciao”
