Madonna Tribe Exclusive: Swept Away in Rome

Madonna Tribe can reveal some more exclusive details of Madonna’s Roman Holiday.
The Ritchies spent their days in Rome, visiting churches and museums, but at the same time they met with old friends, such as the Swept Away co-star Adriano Giannini and his mother, director Livia Giampalmo, who showed and explained to the couple paintings and art pieces displayed in the Santa Maria in Trastevere church, where Madonna was struck by the beauty of a painting of the sixtieth century called “Madonna con il bambino” (Madonna and Child).
