Maverick negotiating movie rights of Dreary and Naughty

Madonna‘s Maverick film company is negotiating movie rights for the acclaimed book by writer John LaFleur and artist Shawn Dubin, “The Misadventures of Dreary & Naughty“.

What do you do when you’re different from all the other kids, and they’ve got it out for you? In the case of Dreary and Naughty, you might have to rely on the help of your parents… who in this case are two of the most frighteningfolks ever: Death and the Devil!

Dreary and Naughty have already debuted on a large series of merchandise, and thanks to Maverick Films they might soon become a full feature film.
