More info on possible Lisbon surprises
The last two shows of the re-Invention tour are approaching and we’ve been informed that the last Lisbon show might present unexpected surprises. Our insiders warned us to expect something interesting, especially in the finale as the show might go beyond the usual two hours lenght.
Fellow fansite Madonna.nu also reported today that chances are that the two songs that didn’t make the final setlist, “Dress You Up” and “I’m So Stupid” may be added to the show. According to their sources the songs were planned to be included in the CBS broadcast, but they may be performed in Lisbon anyway, now that the show will not be televised anymore
Talking about song that didn’t make the setlist we’ve been recently informed about the originally rehearsed version of I’m so stupid that was going to be in the show after Burning Up. The arrangement was very similar to the album version and it started with a long sampled “I” that lasted about 10 seconds while the music was coming in after a while.
Near the middle, the song stopped for a while and you could hear various filtered noises and rock guitars with another sampled “I” coming in. The song ended with an “everybody stupid stupid” done acapella.
We remind you as usual that even if the info we have about Lisbon is very reliable everything is subject to change. But we wanted to give this little spoiler to fans anyway.
