Beginning Today through June 10th on MTV.com, and June 14th through June 28th on VH1.com, Enter & See Madonna Perform Live From The On-Stage Pit at Any U.S. Date From Her ‘Re-Invention‘ World Tour

Plus Digital Network, MTV HITS to Air ’10 Days With Madonna’ Featuring Tour Specials, Music Videos, Retrospectives & More Beginning Friday, May 21st Through the End of the Month.

Giving Madonna fans their chance to be front and center with their favorite music superstar, MTV: Music Television and VH1 have teamed to present the MTV & VH1 “Front And Center With Madonna Contest“. Beginning today, May 19th and continuing throughout June, MTV and VH1 are giving fans the chance to see Madonna live and up-close, really up-close, on her “Re-Invention” world tour, with exclusive passes to see the show from the on-stage pit area. Together, MTV and VH1 are making 10 pairs of passes available to win for each U.S. tour date. Madonna will be calling in to MTV’s “TRL” today, May 19th at 5pm ET/PT to formally announce the contest.

To enter, fans are invited to visit MTV.com beginning today, May 19th through June 10th or VH1.com beginning June 14th through June 28th for the corresponding location of interest.

In celebration of all things Madonna, MTV’s digital network MTV HITS will turn over its airwaves to the music superstar for the rest of May with “10 Days of Madonna” in celebration of her “Re-Invention” tour.

Beginning Friday, May 21st and continuing throughout the month, MTV HITS will take a look back at some of Madonna’s most memorable tours with specials including 1993’s “Girlie Show” and 2001’s “Drowned World“. In addition, throughout the 10 days MTV HITS will feature a full line-up of Madonna music videos, retrospectives, news and more.

This marks just the next chapter in Madonna’s longstanding history with MTV and VH1. In addition to her many interviews, appearances and performances on MTV since its early years, Madonna is unquestionably one of the network’s most acclaimed artists ever with her landmark music videos earning her 61 VMA nominations and 19 VMA wins over the course of her unprecedented career.

Madonna has also participated in several memorable MTV contests including 1986’s “Madonna’s Make My Video Contest” for her hit video True Blue, the “Madonna Who’s That Girl Contest“, “MTV’s Blonde Date with Madonna Contest,” “MTV’s Truth or Dare with Madonna Contest“, and 2000’s “Madonna’s VIP Contest” which at the time, broke the record for most entries of any MTV contest ever.

Over the years VH1 has enjoyed an equally rich and colorful history with Madonna.
Madonna has been the subject of a variety of VH1 programs, including biography based series such as “Driven” and “Behind The Music,” world video premiere specials, and exclusive original programming including “Inside Madonna,” “Madonna’s Greatest TV Moments,” “Madonna Rising” and “Madonna Speaks.”

In addition, at both the 1995 and 1998 VH1 Fashion Awards, Madonna was bestowed with the Most Fashionable Artist Award, Viewers Choice: Most Fashionable Artist and the Versace Award, which was given to the person who best continued to represent the boundless energy, infinite creativity and fearlessness that was Gianni Versace.
