More Tour Experiences from our Forum
Here’s some tour memories of the Madonna shows in Altanta from the guys of MadonnaTribe’s Tour forum:
Todd:
What a freaking night! I went to the Pre Show and really enjoyed meeting people that I had been talking to for so long. (I was the one that had all the buttons on my shirt). Even met someone that went to the same high school I went to!! (Small world).
I was afraid my seats would sux but they ended up not being as bad as I feared. I was in 312 and basically to the left of the stage and straight up. We were able to see Madonna stretching during “The Beast Within.”
I loved so much it is hard to say what was best, but Like A Prayer was great! The dancing was great along with the vocals and visuals. It was a senses overload because there is no way to take it all in! Never a chance to be bored. I can’t wait to see it again on TV and over and over and over on DVD.
Afterwards we went to The Armory. It was ok but nothing would be able to stand up the concert! I hated to leave Atlanta and wished I could have stayed to see the second show. Hope everyone had a great time and I will talk to you all soon!

The crowd wasn’t as energetic as I thought it would be. I have to say, though, my seat Saturday night was so awesome. I was about 12 feet from the stage, and it was so good to see Madonna up that close, smiling, having a great time. Her voice, like people mentioned, is at its best. I really liked “Burning Up” and “Crazy For You.”
Nothing Fails and Like A Prayer were the highlights, IMHO.
Didn’t go to the Jungle, didn’t go to the Omni pre-party. Didn’t go to Backstreet. But I had a complete blast!! So “no regrets” here, except that it’s all over now. No more looking forward to the show.
Hope everyone else had a good time!

Apparently Sunday‘s crowd was more enthusiastic. She made the following comment: “you guys are MUCH better than last night’s crowd. I could have sworn they were having a poker game or something right over there”
Special thanks to the members of MadonnaTribe’s forums.
