Here’s another exstatic tale from the pit in Chicago from our reader Jen

“Wednesday night I was lucky enough to have been in the pit for Madonna‘s
concert in Chicago! The only way to describe this experience is AMAZING!! This
was my 2nd concert of this tour, after sitting really far away in
Philadelphia, this was something I will never forget. From the very beginning
when she first came out, it was the most surreal feeling watching and
listening to her from that close. I had so much fun the whole time, but even
thinking about it now, it still doesn’t seem real that I was able to be that
close to her, especially when she sang Music and she came over and touched my
hand!! I don’t think I’ll ever forget that moment!
Even at times when Madonna
was on the other side of the stage and we couldn’t see her that well, her
dancers were by us a lot and they were really cool too. One other thing I need
to say is how amazing Madonna looks! Whether she was dancing or singing, she
just looked and sounded great all night. One funny thing that happened was
during Hanky Panky I think, or one of the other songs she sang while in that
outfit. She came over to the pit I was in and had just taken off the headband
thing she was wearing. She stopped about 2 feet away from us all and held her
arm straight out with it in her hand, just looking at all of us like she was
going to give it to someone. After a while, she finally just dropped it down
in front of her and smiled.
So even though none of got it, I still thought it
was pretty funny. Well, I know there is so much more I could say about that
night, but I can’t even think about the whole night yet, I’m still sort of in
shock about the whole thing!
I wish I could think Madonna for such a great
night that I will never forget!!

P.S. I’ve been looking everywhere online for any pictures of that Chicago
concert I was at (wednesday the 14th) and hoping to find some that would show
the pit I was in and maybe see myself! I’ve found a few so far from that
concert, but none of the pits yet, so if anyone has any I would really really
like to see them!
