The Origin of Madonna’s re-Invention Wig
If you were wondering where the idea of the famous “Marie Antoinette-like” wig, used in the new Vogue video backdrop during the re-invention tour and in the well known Steven Klein publicity photos came from, Spotlight Magazine will give you the answear to that and to many more questions.
For example you will learn that the wig is from the collection of hairstylist Julien d’Ys, who gave an exclusive interview to the French magazine dedicated to Madonna, and it originally came from the famous Opera de Paris, where Julien found it a long time ago.
After hours of working with Klein and Madonna to test new looks Julien d’Ys simply put the wig on Madonna’s head.
