”There’s definitely a Madonna-feel” at Wal Mart
The tight high kilt Madonna wore on the opening number of her 2001 Drowned World Tour is the ispiration for one of the dresses of the fall 2004 collection of Us celebrity twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
“There’s definitely a Madonna-feel to fall,” says Judy Swartz, the bubbly designer/stylist who oversees development of the brand’s sportswear, swimwear, hats and shoes for Wal-Mart, and the handbags and jewelry carried by Shoppers Drug Mart.
