Madonna‘s energy is so powerful that it can withstand her putting on a show that seems more spectacular Broadway production than average rock concert while recovering from stomach flu.
Madonna knows how to give the audience what they want – more importantly, what they need! She has the power of making you feel good from your head down to your toes and remains humble and sweet while she takes you for the magic carpet ride of your life!!!

I had tix for Tuesday’s show which was postponed to Wednesday and also tix for last night’s show. She is still recovering from the flu but even though there were a bit more dancing and singing flubs last night, she gave the crowd more knock down rock and roll than I can ever remember at a concert of late.

Madonna said that she wasn’t a 100% yet and that right before she came on she wasn’t sure if she could give it her all, but that hearing the crowds cheer made it her feel strong as a god. Maybe because it was the last nite at the Forum she pushed herself farther than the night before. She is a trooper and she inspires like nobody’s business!!

At the end of the show when the stage lowers to bring the dancers and her down to the dressing rooms and they all give Madonna a group hug, I saw her husband, Guy Ritchie, run out to her and hug her because I’m sure he was very concerned that she wasn’t feeling well and he rushed to her side like a true husband, friend, and everything else rolled up into one.

You could tell they really love each other. They are the REAL DEAL and so is Madonna as far as singing, dancing, and entertaining are concerned!!!! Her voice sounds better and stronger than it has in her entire career and if I could afford to see every show she plays, I WOULD!!!
