The Re-invention Tour is ready to hit the UK this weekend.
Here are the latest detailed information for those who bought their tickets through the Icon fabnclub presale:

Madonna Ticketing Customer Service was able to arrange for the box office to distribute all fan club purchasers their tickets for the MEN Arena events. Please make sure to bring photo identification with you to pick up your tickets, and to allow some extra time in case there is a wait for service.

Earls Court
All tickets to be shipped should arrive by Friday 8/13. For pickup details, an email detailing time and location is set to arrive at the beginning of the week.
