West End theatre goers want Hollywood stars
It’s seems Hollywood film superstars have left the West End with a problem. London Theatre goers
seem greedy for A-list celebrities and film actors in plays after seing on the theatre stage the likes of Gywneth Paltrow, Judi Dench, Matthew Perry and Madonna with the Up for Grabs play.
And it seems Luke Perry and Molly Ringwald are not enough A-list to keep “When Harry Met Sally” open. The play, adapted from the popular film, will close on September 4th after a moderate run of seven months.
