A reminder of X-STaTIC PRo=CeSS in Florence
Rinat, MadonnaTribe’s friend and correspondent from Russia, has been visiting Italy with his friend Evgeny and he couldn’t miss the chance to have a look at the incredible X-STaTIC PRo=CeSS exhibition in
Florence.
What you see below are four pictures of our friends posing next to the Madonna and Klein portraits at the Art Hotel Gallery in Firenze. These photos also give us the chance to remind our readers that this free entry exhibit will be on display in Florence till October 2005.

Here are some more details that will hopefully be useful to those MadonnaTribe readers who plan to visit the X-STaTIC PRo=CeSS exhibition in Florence in the next weeks.
Due to the very unique location, the exhibition shall not be considered as a convential one and does not only span between two different – but very close – locations but doesn’t also offer catalogues, prints of merchandise like you would expect from a traditional kind of art show.
The main core of the works of art – six out of nine photographs – is indeed on display in the lobby space of the Gallery Art Hotel, which due to its use as the main lobby of this prestigious hotel building does not have typical opening hours or days-off.
The second exhibition space, the Brancolini Grimaldi showroom is at only a few steps distance – you will find it right in front of you coming out from the Hotel lobby. The showroom is closed at night and on festivities.
Those who managed to get a copy of the invitation card for the exhibition opening on June 23 have now probably the luck of owning the only thing that has been printed especially for this Italian edition of the exhibition. With the X-STaTIC PRo=CeSS book now being sold out, the exhibition does not have a catalogue and no posters or leaflets have been prepared to promote the event. This also means that there is no available merchandise of any sort.
Last but not least, Vicolo dell’Oro, which is the address were the exhibition , is at less than one minute walk from the city landmark of Ponte Vecchio so you will have no problem at all to find out how to get there.
