An American Dream

Gianni Volpe, the Italian director of the fictional documentary “Un Sogno Americano – An American Dream”, a film that is inspired by the Italian origins of Madonna‘s family, has just contacted MadonnaTribe to announce that the fillm will premiere on September 2nd 2005 in Pacentro, the little Italian town which Madonna’s grandparents left to find fame and fortune in America.

The film tells the story of a girl from Pacentro who tries to become famous following the path of her Idol.

The event is patronized and supported by Comune di Pacentro and many fans and journalists are expected to attend the premiere.

The organization is also planning to have as “a via satellite guest” Madonna’s father Silvio Ciccone and Madonna’s Italian cousin Amelia.
