19.05 – London Time: Madonna‘s band is now entering the stage. The “re-Invention” musicians are getting ready to start this long awaited performance in a few seconds.

19.07 – London Time: The wait is over – introduced by Sir Bob Geldof himself, Madonna is now on the Live 8 stage in London’s Hyde Park. Dressed all in white she starts her performance with her classic 1989 hit Like A Prayer accompanied by a gospel choir. She said Are you ready London? are you ready to start a revolution? Are you ready to change history?

The beautiful Like A Prayer video backdrop by Dago Gonzalez is playing as Madonna sings her heart out.

19.15 – London Time: Madonna thanks Bob Geldof and the people in the world that made this show possible.
She said: Are you fucking ready London? She asks people from the Golden Cirle to dance as Ray of Light starts.

19.21 – London Time: Do you want some more? Music Rit version starts.
“Put your hands together, puts your hearts together“, Madonna asks all the people to sing together the chorus of Music.
