GERMANY
IFPI Germany re-certifies “Confessions” – the album is now 3xGold (3×100,000=300,000 copies shipped).
CANADA
“Confessions” is hugely succesfull in Canada. It drops to #3 in the album chart but sold 30,021 more copies – that is -1% only compared to the week before (31,836) bringing the total up to 135,861 copies according to Nielsen Soundscan.
The first and second album in the chart are not selling much more than Madonna: at #1 “Il Divo” sells 36,000 copies and “INXS” debuts at #2 with 35,000.
