Hung Up already in the music charts

As our readers remember, Madonna’s upcoming single “Hung Up” will finally receive its long awaited radio debut next week when it will be played simultaneous worldwide at 12 noon EST.

Music Week reports today that Radio One is lined up to give the track its debut play in the UK (at 5 pm GMT).

Hung Up has already entered the charts ahead of it radio release: UK Cool Cuts club chart – a chart based on reactions from selected DJs and record shops – has the song at number 2 this week and Billboard’s Hot Dance/Club Play lists Hung Up as Breakout #1 in its Oct 22 issue.
