Hung Up in Romania

Madonna’s “Hung Up” has made a huge impact in Romania since the MTV EMA‘s performance, being added two days after that into all radio and TV playlists, our Forum member catzndogs reports.

This way, “Hung Up” spends it’s 4th week in the Romanian Top 100 Singles Airplay at no. 3, climbing 9 places in the past week.

Chart history: 65 – 37 – 12 – 3.

Chances are very high that she will be the next no 1 and will probably break a record climbing so fast to the 1st place.
The album has been released on Nov 15 and it is a German/European import.

No release party whatsoever or media campaign, it’s like Warner doesn’t have a local licensee. But everybody knows her and the promotion simply crosses over from the rest of Europe.
