Madonna: I’m On The Mend
Madonna has vowed to get straight back on her horse once she recovers from her riding accident, Victoria Newton reports on The Sun:
“The Queen Of Pop spoke exclusively to The Sun last night to reveal she cannot wait to get back in the saddle”, Newton says. Madonna told the newspaper she is “on the mend” and added:
“I am grateful and overwhelmed by everyone’s good wishes. As soon as the doctors give me the okay, I expect to be right back on a horse and riding again.”
An aid for Madonna also says: “She is feeling much better, definetly on the mend. She’ll be itching to get back to full fitness. She is not the typoe to sit at home feeling sorry for herself”.

• Crocked Madonna last night vowed to carry on horse-riding – despite her horror fall this week. She is recovering after breaking a collarbone, hand and three ribs in an accident that has left husband Guy Ritchie in anguish.
But the pop queen, 47, insisted: “As soon as the doctors give me the OK, I expect to be right back on a horse and ride again.” She also thanked fans who had sent messages of support and said: “I’m grateful and overwhelmed by everyone’s good wishes.”
Novice rider Madonna tumbled on her Ashcombe House estate near Tollard Royal, Wilts, on Tuesday. She was on a riding outing that was a birthday gift from Guy, who is said to be “absolutely mortified” by the mishap and has been helping her recover. A friend said: “He’s giving her lots of TLC.”
