She’s never been herself as much as she has in this film

Swedish director Jonas Akerlund, the man behind the camera on Madonna’s “Ray of Light“, “Music” and “American Life” videos talked to daily newspaper Aftonbladet about his work with the Queen of Pop on the re-Invention Tour documentary.

After one year and a half working intimately together with Madonna Jonas is now back back to working as a video director. His film about Madonna – “I’m Going To Tell You A Secret” – is being premiered in New York next Tuesday and he doesn’t look nervous about it.

“I’ve spent all my life with her and I can guarantee that’s she’s never been herself as much as she has in this film.” Akerlund says.
