Vote for Madonna as Person of the Year

Who had the biggest impact on the LGBT community in 2005? This is what Planet Out asks its readers.

They have narrowed the field to 20 possible candidates, and ask their members to be the ones make the choice.
After reading through the entries, presented in two slide shows, you can vote for your favorite in the accompanying poll. There are 10 candidates in the Entertainment/Style category, and 10 in the Culture/Politics category.

Of course, Madonna is among them – and she needs our votes – because next week they’ll narrow the field to the top 10 vote-getters, to let their visitors select the overall winner as the 2005 Members’ Choice Person of the Year.

You get only one vote in each poll, so be sure to vote for you know who! The winner will be announced on December 20.
