200 tons of material, Girl

Madonna really is a material girl – and Stansted Airport has had the cargo to prove it. Stansted “got into the groove” as nearly 200 tonnes of the superstar’s concert equipment arrived through Penauille Servisair Cargo for the UK leg of the her “Confessions Tour“.

Rock-It-Cargo, a music industry specialist, was on-hand to ensure that the concert staging and equipment was ushered safely on its way to Cardiff Millennium Stadium. A picture shows the Boeing 747-200, operated by Atlas Air – we knew it didn’t look like a Virgin – during the unloading.
