Confessions controversy on the Italian ”Stop”
Italian tabloid magazines keep trying to raise controversy about Madonna’s performance of “Live To Tell” on the cross, but with no apparent luck. This time it’s the turn of “Stop“, which publishes a photo of the Confessions Tour on the cover with a ridiculous claim asking: “Madonna, will you dare singing this way in Rome?”
As M-Tribe readers know, “Live To Tell” from the Confessions Tour is a very felt performance conceived as a dramatic
representation of all the suffering people in the world that are in need of help. A theatrical presentation of the song, that may raise eyebrows, but that it’s clearly not a mockery of Catholicism, giving out a totally positive message.
