According to IFPI Finland 37,640 copies of “Confessions On A Dance Floor” have been distributed so far and as reported
in the last weeks the album is Platinum (30,000).
Among previous Madonna albums Something To Remember is the best selling one in Finland, as you can see from the figures below.

“Confessions” is the 3rd international best selling album on the November 2005 chart, published in the country a few days ago, with 425 copies sold, according to figures by CUD (Camara Uruguaya Del Disco). You shouldn’t be surprised by the low figures as it only take 2.000 copies for a cd to become gold and the problem of piracy in the country is quite big.
