No Holiday: Fans and media photographers waited for hours on St. Jacques St. in Old Montreal yesterday, hoping for a glimpse of pop star Madonna.
But their patience – which extended to staying put through heavy afternoon showers – went unrewarded; the singer sneaked into her hotel through a side door.
Madonna plays sold-out shows at the Bell Centre tonight and tomorrow night.
