Every song a treat
Thanks to M-Tribe reader Martin for sharing his experience and the pictures he took at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff last Sunday. Check them all in full size at our Tribe-A-Pose galleries by clicking any of the thumbnails below.
“Hi All,
Well back from Cardiff where The Queen, not only entertained us but blew us away.
After a lot of hassle waiting for the tickets to arrive from London (fun wasn’t it!!!). Finally we were in the queue at the stadium. Paul Oakenfold warmed up the crowd. But nothing could have prepared us for the entrance of the Diva. Dressed in Riding chaps and a whip, she stood for a
minute with a smile lingering playful on her lips as the crowd went wild,
and then she blasted into Future Lovers.
From start to finish Madonna kept the pace never slowing, always teasing the
crowd with a look and a smile. Even giving out that the stage was too high and she could not touch us!!!! Her Voice was excellent, Live to Tell, so
full of emotion, while the likes La Isla Bonita and Lucky Star where full of fun, almost whimiscal.
Every Song a treat.
Having been to Re–invention in Slane Castle and Paris, I never thought she
would be able to top it. But how wrong I was to doubt her capabilities.
Shame on Me!!!!!!! All I can say is I want to go see the Confessions Tour
again and again…”
