Focusing on the stars

The image of Madonna that you see below is now very familiar to fans and non-fans who saw her in the various different “Confessions Tour” posters worldwide. But still, it may be surprising to see if featured
somewhere you did not exactly expect it to be.

In a recent issue of American Photo – the prestigious magazine about professional photography, there’s an advertisement by SanDisk with Frank Micelotta – the author of many, many live shots of the Queen of Pop through the years. Micelotta stands before a signed photograph, which happens to be, indeed, the Madonna picture from Koko that was later reworked as the main promo shot of the “Confessions Tour”.
