Icwales.co.uk is another one of the news outlets that are reporting that Madonna fans coming into Cardiff will need to plan ahead because city centre roads will be closed. All roads around the stadium will be blocked off from 7.30pm. Bus routes into the city centre will also be affected. They advise people driving into the city should use park and ride car parks.
