Italians in Prague – Second Night of fun
Our friend Vincy is back on this Tour Website with his report from last night’s show in Prague:
“Madonna rewards die-hard fans in the closing night of the Confessions Tour in Prague.
The Arena is completely full,
not a single empty seat and the public is hotter than the previous night and
will show it during the show by taking an active part to it. Madonna opens the show at 21.00 pm.
At the beginning of Future Lover, the first song, the first technical problem happens. The mega screen on the
left side remains stuck in a strange position. After the song ends the screen finally takes its normal position.
This time all the Italian fans are first row, at the middle of the catwalk with their Italian flags held high
Madonna waved a lot of times to them. There was no “flag speech” last night but Madonna after Like It
Or Not says she feels very lucky and that part of this luck is due to her fans.
Later Madonna instead of picking the cowboy hat put there by the production, takes the one of my friend
Zaher. Madonna wears the cotton hat with rainbow colours that are very popular in Prague. She had a really
good time wearing it and was laughing all the time. This is the second time she picks Zaher’s hat, she already did it once in Paris.
But it ain’t over yet, tonight Madonna wants to reward her fans and asks to a fan how many show he attended.
Rene’ screams: 17! At that point Madonna asks him to give her a kiss on her cheek. Helped by security
Rene’ gives Madonna a kiss. The public goes mad and cheers the luckiest guy of the night.
During La Isla Bonita, Madonna begins to laugh with Monte and skips many parts of the song having a lot of fun.
She once again rewards Italians during Hung Up. She says that people on that side of the catwalk were the best..
The audience was hot and Madonna had a lot of fun. This was my last “Confession” and it was great to close the experience with
Madonna’s smile in my eyes and to see all the fans that love her so much. Huge regards go to all the people I’ve met on the way in Rome, Paris and Prague.”
