Justify Your Love
Madonna’s “Justify My Love” has been picked as on of the ten best song to get two people in the mood for romance in a 2,000 people survey looking at music from the last four decades.
Marvin Gaye’s “Sexual Healing” topped the list with U2’s “With or Without You” as second best and Barry White’s “My First My Last My Everything” and Serge Gainsbourg’s “Je t’aime (Moin non plus)” joint third.
Madonna’s “Justify My Love” made the list at #8.
Music psychologist Tomas Chamorro- Premuzic, who carried out the poll for Yahoo Music is quoted as saying in The Mirror newspaper: “Music has arousing effects. One of its functions is to seduce. For this it must have a single lead voice and romantic or sensual lyrics the listener can identify with.”
He also disclosed that the musician and the music video were crucial.
