Madonna in the Billboard Charts this week
Pierpinto brings you the usual closer look at how the new Madonna album and single did in the Billboard Charts this past week (Issue dated April 8-2006).
“Sorry” remains goes down to #88 in the Hit 100 Singles. Downloads were 9,103 (-11%).The song also remains steady for a third week at #3 in the Hot 100 Singles Sales selling 1,603 copies (-31%), single sales and maxi single digital downloads included.
Sorry Total Downloads=80,567.
Sorry Total Sales=13,918 (physical and Digital Maxi sales).
Downloads for “Hung Up” were 8,500 last week, the total now surpassing 600,000 units making the song eligible for a Triple Platinum certification.
Hung Up Total Downloads=603,807
